Sidestream AI operates linty.xyz. In these terms, "Linty", "we" and "us" mean Sidestream AI.

2.The facts on Linty
Linty shows public facts about brands, companies, categories and relationships.
You can read, quote and use these facts. You can read them with an automated client if you stay within the rate limits.
The llms.txt file, the markdown twins, the JSON twins and the MCP server are for automated clients.
3.No warranty
A fact on Linty can be wrong or old. Each fact shows its source, its date and its confidence.
Confirm a fact with the brand before you make a decision that depends on it.
Linty supplies the site "as is" and "as available", without a warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent the law permits.
4.Linty is not a party
Linty does not represent a brand. Linty is not a party to an agreement between you and a brand.
The brand decides on each application. Linty does not promise that a brand accepts you.
5.Links to other sites
A link to apply opens the website of the brand. Linty does not control that website and is not responsible for it.
6.Corrections
You can report a correction to a fact. Linty reads each correction by hand. Linty can decline a correction.
7.Acceptable use
Do not send so many requests that the site slows down for other people.
Do not try to go around the rate limits.
Do not send false corrections.
Do not try to get access to a system that is not public.
8.Limitation of liability
Sidestream AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss from your use of the site.
This applies to the maximum extent the law permits.
9.Governing law
The laws of the State of Delaware, United States, apply to these terms.

We can change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change.
